Do you have stress? I think many people have stress. But it isn’t good. However, many students have stress.

 

2025 report stating 75%of high school students and 61% teenagers experience stress due to school pressures.

 

Many students get stress, because studying,many test,entrance exam,and many reasons These are almost all about studying.

 

So, I give some tips about stress management.

 

First, getting enough sleep.

Sleep is good for both body and mind .Not sleeping enough will make stress worse, making it harder to deal with daily challenges. Aim for seven to nine hours of sleep each night to help your body and mind recover and handle stress better.

 

Second, take breaks self-care activities

Like reading books , listening to music or enjoying a hobby will refresh your mind and body so it will be easier to handle stress when you get back to work.

 

Third, practice mindfulness and meditation

Mindfulness and meditation will help you feeling more better Practicing mindfulness regularly can change your relationship with stress Even just a few minutes a day can make a big difference in how stressed you feel.

 

These are my tips about stress management. If you do these, you will be better. You can manage your stress.
